Elevating ABB Switzerland’s Anniversary Gala

For the 125th anniversary gala of ABB Switzerland, Faber Creative Services (FCS) handled the media production. The celebrations for 1,100 international guests spanned three rooms.​

In the first room, guests were greeted with an animated portrayal of ABB’s history using historical imagery FCS also created holographic animations related to ABB’s innovative products.​

The second room, featuring the main stage and hosting the gala dinner, showcased ABB as a dynamic, innovative, and pioneering company. The Miagi orchestra provided musical accompaniment, and a highlight was the transition animation from the old to the new Corporate Identity.​

FCS synchronized the media with a flight choreography of 35 small drones, several ABB industry sized robots and coordinated the dancers’ movements. A VR tool was specifically developed to previsualize the flight patterns.​

In the third room, visions for the company’s future were presented. FCS designed a media environment for artist Cendra Polsner’s installation.
